Oltremare

The holiday house, built in the summer 2015, is set over three levels and situated in front of the Gulf of Monte Cofano with sea view. The verandas overlooking the sea, the walls painted in soft sky blue and the white furniture offer a relaxed ambience.

Thanks to its large size (130 square meters) the house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Created over three levels with a large living room, open plan kitchen on the ground floor, and the bedrooms on the first floor and level -1, maximum privacy is guaranteed when shared by multiple families. The house is equipped with 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower.
