The villa, built in 2015, is set over three levels and consist in 4 bedrooms with 9 sleeping places, 2 bathrooms and is located just 600 m from the sandy beach of Baia Santa Margherita, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Gaia. The beach is easily reached by a footpad.
On each floor is a veranda with a beautiful view on the Golfo di Monte Cofano. In the evening you can admire one of the most beautiful sunsets in western Sicily. Just few minutes from San Vito Lo Capo. Free parking.

Living room with 4 seat sofa, flatscreen-TV, extendable dining table 12 seats, air-conditioning.
Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, electric kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery (12 Persons).
Veranda with seaview, equipped with table (8 Persons), sunbed and umbrella.

Lower level -1

Bedroom with double and single bed, baby cot on request.
Terrace with seaview.
